This attorney will have the opportunity to work with prominent national and international organizations across a variety of industries, advising and defending clients in complex litigation arising from privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all phases of privacy and data security litigation, including consumer class actions and individual claims.
  • Assist in defending organizations following cybersecurity incidents, data breaches, and other privacy-related events.
  • Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, manage case strategy, and support trial and appellate matters as needed.

  • Provide strategic guidance regarding evolving privacy and consumer protection laws.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of litigation experience, with a background or demonstrated interest in privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, and class action matters.
